You have 30 days from when you receive your item to receive a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can just let our customer service representatives know your order number upon contacting them. They will provide you a shipping address to return your item(s). 

If the item is damaged or missing upon arrival, please notify us for replacement or refund, as long as it's 30 days from when you've received the package.

Please note customer will bare the return costs for all items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Free Just Paying Shipping Offers
Please note that there are NO REFUNDS for Free Just Pay Shipping Offers. But we will provide store credit instead. Store Credit will be provided once the item is returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
