Confucious once said, " He who says he can and he who says he can't are both usually right". We are exactly where we are supposed to be, because we have made the choices of what we CAN and what we CAN'T do. Just remember, that whether you think you can or can't do something, that you're probably right. So be the first to tell yourself everyday that you CAN DO IT and spend as much time as possible making that come true! As an exercise, every time you catch yourself saying what you can and can't do something, tell yourself that you are right. Then UNDERSTAND you have the power to change that answer at any given time. It's time to believe in yourself...starting TODAY!
